of capital deployment strategies, establishment of knowledge base
for underwriting on markets worldwide, consumer based market research
regarding brand perceptions and facilities improvement issues and
providing investors with economic and market forecasts. Member of

Debbi Berins is a 27 year veteran with a very long list of successfully completed projects and contented clients.
After graduation from the Atlanta Art Institute, Debbi's design career began at INDEX, Inc. in Houston, where she quickly became a lead designer specializing in hotel and restaurant design.
In 1995, she moved her practice to Austin and continued providing services to the hospitality industry. Shortly thereafter, practicing under the name Wayman and Company, Debbi expanding her design practice to include work in the high-end custom and speculative residential market. Attention was directed not only to aesthetics, but also to the owners needs, the functionality of the space, the maintainability of the space and the demands of time and budget constraints.
After many successful residential design projects with a number of local builders, Debbi joined Enfield Homes as Director of Design. The collaboration made it possible to offer the very best of all worlds, a builder/developer of the highest level of quality with her sensitivity of design and service, a combination that brought substantial recognition to the Enfield team in the Austin residential marketplace.
In 2001, Debbi joined forces with Cornerstone Group Architects to form CGA Interiors as Director of Interior Design. Her projects there included both custom and speculative residences ranging in sized from 3,000 square feet to over 12,000 square feet, in addition to the design of many commercial projects, including office lease spaces and office condos as well as medical facilities.
She has now teamed with her husband, David Berins, as a partner in Berins & Co., LLC. Debbi has a wide variety of experience in lodging, high-end residential and commercial projects that help clients assure efficient and effective designs for their hotels, resorts and restaurants.
